"Not worth what you pay for it. The tumbler didn’t work for me either. I contacted customer service but whoever “helped” me just would not accept what I was telling her. I wanted to exchange it because it didn’t work for me. The tea is still bitter after putting the chamber inside and the person told me to try it again after I said I didn’t want it and just gave up honestly. I know I won’t use it, I’m not excited anymore for it. So it will just stay there, and I won’t be a repeat customer as I thought I would be. I loved the idea and all but didn’t feel appreciated as a customer."

"The plastic in the plunger really discolors when used with the Good Root tea, but the whole system works really well and keeps my tea hot/warm for hours. I have never used loose leaf tea before, and it's way better than store bought tea from a teabag. I'm happy with the mug and the teas."

"I bought this set on sale during Boxing Week and I love it! I’ve been using the cup everyday since. It’s a great cup for steeping and it’s easy to add more water. I think I’ll have to get more colours! There is no splash back and I love that everything comes apart to wash.
