Questions

Why a caffeine-free tea at night?

Caffeine can take up to 8 hours to wear off. The NIH's guide to healthy sleep says a hot, caffeine-free drink before bed may help you wind down.5

How many cups is a bag?

About 25 to 30 cups, at 1 tablespoon per cup.

Anything I should know about the ingredients?

Paradise has chamomile and lavender, and After Dinner Mint has valerian root. If you're allergic to ragweed or daisies, chamomile may not be for you. Every ingredient is listed on each tea's page.
