Remove the plastic press using the small handle inside.
Add loose leaf tea to the bottom, then pour in hot water.
Slowly place the press back in, but don’t push it all the way down yet, the gap at the bottom is where your tea infuses (like a French press).
Steep to your preferred taste (check our brew guide for times).
When ready, press down fully to trap the leaves at the bottom. The flavour stays locked in, no over-steeping.
Take it on the go, just add more water anytime to resteep.
